We want you to know exactly who has checked what you read.

Where we are today

Every guide is fact-checked line by line against its cited sources before it is published. Numbers are compared with the original paper or announcement, not with other websites.

We do not yet have a named medical reviewer. We will not invent one. When a qualified clinician reviews a guide, their name, credentials and the review date will appear at the top of that page, and this page will list them.

What that means for you

Treat every guide as a well-sourced starting point for a conversation with your own clinician, not as a substitute for one. Our medical disclaimer covers this in more detail.
